José Luis García Parra, coordinator of Puebla’s Government Cabinet, addressed concerns about transparency surrounding the new Cablebús system by announcing the launch of a dedicated microsite that will make nearly 70 technical studies publicly available.
During his appearance before the State Congress, García Parra emphasized that the platform will include key documents such as the Comprehensive Mobility Plan, cost-benefit analyses, environmental and engineering studies, mobility reports, and various specialized assessments that support the project’s feasibility.
The official highlighted that the state government has consistently kept the public informed about critical aspects of the Cablebús, including route layouts, system features, planned stations, and the number of trees affected by construction. This ongoing communication aims to foster trust and community engagement around the initiative.
He clarified that only documents related to fiscal audits will remain confidential, as they are protected under applicable regulations.
By making this wealth of technical information accessible, the Puebla government seeks to empower citizens to understand the foundation of the Cablebús project and the thorough studies backing its development—an important step toward inclusive urban mobility solutions that can benefit diverse communities.
