On the night of June 13, 2026, a man was fatally shot while driving a white pickup truck along Periférico Ecológico, near Flor del Bosque, on the border between Puebla and Amozoc municipalities.

According to initial reports, the victim was identified as Aristeo M., 45 years old. Despite being wounded, he managed to drive to the Carril de la Rosa area, where State Police and emergency responders provided assistance. Unfortunately, due to gunshot wounds mainly to his abdomen, he died at the scene minutes later.

The State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) carried out the necessary procedures and transferred the body to the Forensic Medical Service. Authorities have opened an investigation to clarify the circumstances and identify those responsible for this alleged homicide.
