During a press conference at Morena\u2019s headquarters in Nuevo Le\u00f3n, party representatives presented what they described as evidence of financial triangulation led by Garc\u00eda and Rodr\u00edguez. According to their statements, between 2021 and 2023, the Nuevo Le\u00f3n government transferred public funds to a supplier named Suministro Myr on at least four occasions. Suministro Myr then allegedly funneled approximately 35 million pesos to a sister company, Proveedor de Productos Mexicanos Jace, which subsequently deposited the money into Firma Jur\u00eddica y Fiscal Abogados\u2014a law firm owned by Samuel Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n
Morena also referenced a journalistic investigation by El Norte, which found that Garc\u00eda\u2019s law firm allocated 81.6 million pesos for social media advertising campaigns, in addition to the alleged financial transfers.<\/p>\n
In response to these findings, Morena stated it will approach the Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) to formally request an investigation into both the governor and the state\u2019s first lady.<\/p>\n
