The FGE stated that he allegedly offered investigators his vehicle, the transfer of its ownership documents, cash, and any other amount requested to avoid legal consequences.  <\/p>\n<p>Investigators immediately rejected the offer, informing him that such conduct constituted a probable criminal offense.
