The tires had been taken from a truck in Cuautlancingo, exposing how some criminal groups operate by using online platforms to traffic stolen goods.  <\/p>\n<p>Cisneros urged for increased vigilance and preventive measures, emphasizing the need for stronger collaboration between law enforcement and the community.
