Authorities gathered evidence through interviews, expert reports, technical surveillance, and other investigative measures, leading to an arrest warrant executed on July 9, 2026, by the Police Investigation Unit in the same area. <\/p>\n
During a hearing on July 14, the prosecution presented its case, resulting in Enrique \u201cN\u201d being formally charged, placed under preventive detention, and given a two-month period to conclude the complementary investigation. <\/p>\n
