This alignment is intended to support the National Housing Program\u2019s implementation, not to alter or expedite the cable transport project. <\/p>\n
He emphasized that the reform does not change the state government\u2019s authority over urban development permits or licenses, which have been established since 2017. \u201cIt does not create new powers nor remove those of the municipalities.
