A video circulating on social media has reignited scrutiny over the relationship between Michelle Talavera Herrera, director of Conventions and Parks in Puebla, and local influencer Adolfo Lazzari Espinosa. The footage, allegedly recorded during the Palenque at the 2025 Puebla Fair, shows the two kissing, sparking questions about a potential conflict of interest given that Lazzari has been contracted by the public agency Talavera leads.<\/p>\n
Previously, both parties publicly denied any romantic involvement. However, recent revelations of contracts awarded by Conventions and Parks to Lazzari for promoting spaces managed by the agency have fueled debate.<\/p>\n
According to documents obtained by local media, the agency signed contract CP-PS-26-ENE-03 with Lazzari to develop a digital promotion strategy from January to June 2026, valued at 307,400 pesos. The agreement included content creation aimed at boosting visibility for state-managed venues.<\/p>\n
The contract raised eyebrows after reports showed Lazzari published six videos related to the promoted spaces. Critics also questioned the discrepancy between the contract amount and the commercial rates Lazzari himself had previously shared for his services.<\/p>\n
In response, Conventions and Parks clarified that the contract covered a comprehensive digital strategy involving multiple content creators and profiles, designed to enhance the reach of the agency\u2019s social media and increase visitor numbers to Puebla\u2019s tourist and recreational sites.<\/p>\n
So far, no fiscal or judicial authority has flagged irregularities in the contract. Yet, the video\u2019s circulation has intensified criticism from users and political figures who argue that a confirmed romantic relationship could compromise impartiality in awarding public contracts.<\/p>\n
Neither Michelle Talavera nor Adolfo Lazzari have publicly addressed the video. However, in an interview with Ambas Manos yesterday, Lazzari stated that he was no longer in a relationship with the official when the contract was granted. The ongoing discussion centers on whether any personal ties should have been transparently disclosed given the contractual relationship between the influencer and the state agency.<\/p>\n
