Clara Karina’s Harrowing Ordeal: Kidnapped, Drugged, and Abused for 10 Days in Puebla

Post by usertopnews

The story behind the disappearance of 11-year-old Clara Karina García Fernández reveals a chilling case of abuse and captivity. According to Puebla’s Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE), Clara Karina was held against her will for more than 10 days by her kidnapper, Antonio Everardo N., who allegedly drugged and sexually abused her during that time.

Authorities activated the Protocolo Alba to locate the girl, and fortunately, they found her alive in Bosques de Amalucan, second section, in northern Puebla. The FGE confirmed that Clara Karina was found in the company of a man over 40 years old, who was holding her arm when police arrived. He attempted to flee but was quickly apprehended.

Preliminary and unofficial information indicates that the victim was forcibly kept and subjected to multiple crimes, including illegal deprivation of liberty and sexual abuse. Investigators also found several doses of what appeared to be drugs on the suspect at the time of his arrest.

It appears Clara Karina initially left her home voluntarily for a short time, but during those moments, she was abducted by Antonio Everardo N., who may have intended to take her out of the state. Thankfully, that plan was thwarted. The suspect is now in custody, while Clara Karina is safe and under the care of authorities who will continue to monitor the case closely.

This case highlights the urgent need for protective measures for vulnerable children and the importance of swift law enforcement response. It also reminds us of the ongoing challenges faced by communities in Puebla and beyond, where safe and accessible public services, including transportation options like the cablebús, can play a role in improving security and connectivity for all residents.
