Federal forces, including the Attorney General’s Office (FGR), the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC), and the Navy, secured approximately 900 kilograms of suspected cocaine along with high-powered weapons in San Diego Xocoyucan, Tlaxcala.
This operation, carried out following an investigation by the FEMDO, was executed under a federal judge’s search warrant after reports of criminal activity in the area.
During the raid, authorities confiscated 900 packages of drugs, six long firearms, ammunition, and tactical equipment. The property and seized items are now under official custody as investigations continue. Final forensic analyses by the Federal Forensic Center are pending to confirm the nature of the substance.
This significant seizure highlights ongoing efforts by federal agencies to disrupt organized crime networks, a crucial step toward safer communities and stronger rule of law in regions like Tlaxcala.
